Towards Adventure - Terms and Conditions

Activity relocation policy

Towards Adventure reserves the right to change times and locations of activities for reasons of safety, before the activity commences (or during if necessary). Whilst we try to work with the conditions that nature throws at us, in some situations the worst of the weather may be avoided by small route or location changes. We want you to get the best out of your time with us so if necessary exact locations for your chosen activity may change at short notice. We will inform you of any change of location as soon as possible.

Payment / cancellation policy

Towards Adventure have a clear payment policy. 50% of the total cost must be paid to confirm your booking. The remaining cost must be paid on the first day before the activity commences. In the case of a cancellation if notice given 28 days before the first day of activity, clients will receive all of their deposit back, excluding administration costs. Notice not less than 14 days from first day of activity clients will receive half of the total deposit back, excluding administration costs. Under 14 days the deposit will not be returned.
